Water Pump: Service and Repair
1.
Remove air cleaner element, then drain
cooling system.
2.
Remove
fan clutch unit securing bolts.
3.
Remove fan cowl clips, then remove cowl and
fan clutch unit as an assembly.
4.
Remove alternator belt, then the water pump housing securing bolts.
5.
Place a protective board against radiator and remove water pump.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
