KEY POINTS: CONNECTOR CHECKING
If the ABS warning is displayed on 1990 MY Sedans, the following multiplug connectors should be checked before proceeding with further diagnostic checks:


COMPONENT CONNECTOR

Valve Block LS 77
Reservoir LS 78
Main Valve LS 79
Pump LS 80
Accumulator LS 76


When checking the multiplugs, ensure that pin/socket connections are clean and that good continuity exists. Also check the 3 Amp fuse number 8 (located in the center fuse box) and ensure that LB 149 (carrying the single white/red cable to the center fuse box) has not been disturbed.
