Sedan range vehicles from 1990 MY onwards incorporate a cooling system header tank with a 52 x 3 mm filler neck thread.

When pressure testing the cooling system, use the following pressure tester adaptors or their equivalent:

^ Header tank adaptor: SNAP-ON # TA 34

^ Pressure cap adaptor: SNAP-ON # TA 246
