Removal
Heater Matrix
Removal -
Disconnect battery earth lead.
-
Drain the coolant.
-
Remove the left side dash liner.

Remove the steering column to the gearbox tunnel stay.
-
Remove the matrix pipe gaskets.
-
Remove the matrix.
-
Remove the foam strip from the matrix (replace when installing).
NOTE: -
Installation is the reverse of this procedure.

Fill and bleed
cooling system.
