Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Pressure Switch and Trinary Switch
- Disconnect battery earth lead.
- As required, depressurize the system.

WARNING: Do not vent refrigerant directly to atmosphere and always use Jaguar approved recovery/recycle/recharge equipment. Wear suitable eye and skin protection. Do not mix HFC 134a with CFC 12. Observe all applicable safety requirements.

- Release harness tie straps and disconnect appropriate switch multiplug.





- Remove, as required, trinary (1) or slow cooling fans switch (2) and place aside.
- Fit blanking plug to switch union and switch.

NOTE:
- Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
- Ensure that a new "0" ring seal is fitted and the protective caps are not removed until the last possible moment
