Oxygen Sensor: Service Precautions

CAUTION: Catalyst equipped vehicles must use unleaded fuel; the use of one tank of leaded fuel will have a damaging effect on catalyst and sensor efficiency. The importance of using unleaded fuel is emphasized by labels fitted to the filler neck panel and the fuel gauge area of the fascia. The fuel filler neck is designed to accommodate only unleaded fuel pump nozzles.
