R18: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation

Ignition switch to position 0
Disconnect EM013 and EM014

Inside ECM housing

Measure the insulation resistance between EM013/014 and EM014/001
Repeat for EM013/014 and EM014/002

- Resistances > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to R19 R19: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation
No
Inspect connectors EM014, EM013 and EM049 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness.
Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
