Speed Control Module Alignment

Special Service tools







NOTE: Make sure the vehicle is positioned on level ground such as the headlamp alignment area.







1. Using the special tool, check the speed control module vertical alignment.







2. Align the speed control module.
1. Loosen the speed control module alignment bolt lock nut.
2. Align the speed control module.
- Rotate the speed control module alignment bolt to achieve a reading of 90° ± 0.75°.







3. Tighten the speed control module alignment bolt lock nut.
1. Prevent the speed control module alignment bolt from rotating.
2. Tighten the speed control module alignment bolt lock nut.
- Tighten to 5 Nm.







4. Using the special tool, re-check the speed control module vertical alignment
5. If necessary, re-align the speed control module.
