Preliminary Tasks:

1. Remove Heater Core and Evaporator Core Housing.

1. Unbolt Expansion Valve from Evaporator Core -arrows-.


Installation




1. Bolt Expansion Valve from Evaporator Core -arrows-.
- Use new O-rings and gaskets.
