Roof Console Switch Module

The Roof Console Switch Module comprises integral switches which control the following:

Driver and passenger map lights

Main courtesy light

Garage door opener (where applicable)

RCSM inputs from: RCSM outputs to:
Illumination enable (BPM) BPM (master illumination light switch)
Interior light fade 1 (BPM)


Removal






1. Disconnect battery ground cable; Refer to 'Battery, Battery Cable.' Negative
2. Remove roof console; Refer to 'Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Console.' Service and Repair






3. Remove switch module.

Place console on soft, clean surface.
Remove six screws.
Carefully remove module from console.
Remove bulbs from module.

Installation
1. Installation is reverse of removal.
2. Reconnect battery ground cable; Refer to 'Battery, Service and Repair, Battery Reconnection Procedure.' Service and Repair
