Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair



Rear Quarter Window Glass

Removal
1. Remove the rear door window moulding.
2. Remove the rear door trim panel.







3. Remove the rear door window glass exterior weatherstrip.

NOTE:
- Lubricate the underside of the rear door window glass exterior weatherstrip to aid removal.
- Remove the rear door window glass exterior weatherstrip by detaching the rear edge and working forwards.







4. Remove the rear quarter window trim cover.







5. Remove the rear quarter window glass retaining screws.







6. Detach the rear door window glass interior weatherstrip.







7. Remove the rear quarter window glass.

Installation







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Tighten to 3 Nm.

CAUTION: Make sure the rear quarter window glass lower seal is correctly installed. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.
