Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Evaporator CoreRemoval 1.
Remove the auxiliary heater core and evaporator core housing.
2.
Disconnect the
evaporator core electrical connector.
3.
Detach the
evaporator core electrical connector.
4.
Remove the
evaporator core cover retaining clips.
5.
Remove the
evaporator core cover.
6.
Remove the
evaporator core.
Installation 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
