Bulkhead Lower Reinforcement

Removal

NOTE:
- This is a category 'B' repair.
- In this procedure the bulkhead lower reinforcement is replaced in conjunction with the:
- front bumper cover
- front fender

1. Before commencing this procedure ensure that you are aware of all Health and Safety requirements.
2. LH Only: Remove the ABS Hydraulic Control Unit, (HCU).
3. RH Only: Remove the windshield washer reservoir.
4. Remove the front fender.
5. Remove six 18mm bolts.







6. Remove the panel.







Installation

1. Offer up and align the new panel, tighten the six 18mm bolts to 133 Nm (98 lb.ft).
2. Install is the reversal of removal.
