Cylinder Head Assembly

Cylider Head
Tighten the bolts 1 to 10 20 Nm (15 lb.ft).
Tighten the bolts 1 to 10 35 Nm (26 lb.ft).
Tighten the bolts 1 to 10 +90 degrees.
Tighten the bolts 1 to 10 +90 degrees.
Tighten the M8 bolts 11 and 12 25 Nm (18 lb.ft).





Cylinder Head Warp
Cylinder head maximum permitted warp 0.125 (mm)

Intake Manifold
Tighten 22 Nm.

Camshaft Bearing Cap
Tighten 10 Nm (7 lb-ft, 88 lb-in)

Exhaust Manifold
Tighten 24 Nm (18 lb. ft).
Tighten bolts in the sequence shown.
