Mechanical Specifications

Cylinder Head LH

Tighten the bolts 1 to 10 in the sequence shown.

Install the left-hand cylinder head.
1) Tighten bolts 1 to 10 20 Nm
2) Tighten bolts 1 to 10 35 Nm
3) Tighten bolts 1 to 10 90°
4) Tighten bolts 1 to 10 90°
5) Tighten bolts 11 to 12 25 Nm





Intake Manifold

Intake Manifold Bolts 22 Nm

Camshaft Bearing Cap

First Pass: Alternate bolt tightening to correctly seat the camshaft bearing caps.
Second Pass: Install the camshaft bearing cap bolts evenly.
Final Pass: Tighten 10 Nm

Oil Pump

Oil Pump Bolts 12 Nm

Exhaust Manifold RH

Exhaust Manifold Retaining Bolts 25 Nm
Right-Hand Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield/Gasket Retaining Bolt 50 Nm
