Procedure 6 - Lower RH-Side Headliner
PROCEDURE 6: V00477 - V10285NOTE:
LH motor is front blind; RH motor is rear blind.
1. Refer to Workshop Manual section 501-05 to remove the following:
^ RH sun visor
^ Sun visor clips.
^ RH A-pillar trim panel.
^ RH B-pillar upper trim panel.
^ RH C-pillar upper trim panel.
2. Release RH door seals. (RHD shown, LHD similar)
3. Release RH headliner bolt.
NOTE:
Do not remove the RH grab handle from the headliner.
4. Release RH grab handle:
^ Loosen both Torx bolts from the roof mounting bracket, but do not remove them fully. Leave them threaded to the plastic spacer so the grab handle remains with the headliner.
5. Release the headliner:
^ Release the three clips.
CAUTION:
Ensure the headliner is fully supported and that the electrical harnesses are not damaged during headliner lowering.
6. With assistance, lower the RH side of the headliner:
^ Release the clips.
7. Continue to next appropriate Repair Procedure.
