Front Hub and Bearing - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Guide the half shaft into the hub/bearing, install the hub bearing (3) to the knuckle and tighten the 3 bolts to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the half shaft hub/bearing nut and tighten to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the wheel speed sensor (1) into the hub (3) and then install the mounting bolt (2) and tighten to 12-14 Nm (106-124 in. lbs.). Front.










4. Install the brake rotor (1) Brake Rotor - Installation.










5. Install the brake caliper adaptor (1) Disc Brake Caliper Adapter - Installation.





6. Install the caliper (1) Disc Brake Caliper - Installation.
7. Install the wheel and tire assembly Service and Repair.
8. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
