Removal
1982-86 CJ & SCRAMBLER; 1984-87 CHEROKEE & WAGONEER; 1986-87 COMMANCHE & 1987 WRANGLER 1.
Remove and discard
2/3 of
brake fluid from largest master cylinder reservoir.
2.
Raise and support vehicle.
3.
Remove front wheel and tire assemblies.
4.
Press caliper piston to bottom of bore using suitable screwdriver or C-clamp.
5.
Remove caliper mounting pins.
6.
Lift caliper up and out of anchor plate and off rotor.
