Water Pump: Service and Repair
Fig. 21 Water pump & cooling system components:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Drain
cooling system.
3.
Disconnect radiator and
heater hoses from water pump,

Remove
drive belts.
5.
Remove fan shroud and fan.
6.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the water pump and gasket.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
