1. Disconnect electrical connector from CTS.
2. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check resistance of CTS, Fig. 2.
3. If resistance is not within limits, replace CTS.
4. Check CTS wiring for continuity between ECU electrical connector terminals D-3 and C-10, Fig. 3, and sensor electrical connector terminals. If circuit is open, repair wiring as necessary.
