Antilock Brake System Bleeding Procedures

NOTE: This procedure requires the use of the DRB II Tester.

1. Ensure reservoir is full.
2. Attach bleeder hose to bleeder fitting, then immerse hose in a suitable glass container.
3. Bleed system as follows:
a. Master cylinder.
b. HCU valve body, open one line at a time.
c. Right rear wheel.
d. Left rear wheel.
e. Right front wheel.
f. Left front wheel.
4. Repeat bleed procedure until fluid entering container is bubble free.
5. Check brake fluid often, do not allow reservoir to run dry.
6. Connect DRB II tester to diagnostic connector.
7. Perform "Bleed Brake" procedure as outlined in DRB II owners manual.
8. Repeat bleeding procedures as outlined in steps 1 through 6.
