Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

1. Turn ignition to Off.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove screws attaching ECU to fender panel bracket.
4. Lift ECU out of engine compartment to gain access to harness connector.
5. Release strap securing harness connector to ECU pin terminals.
6. Disconnect and separate harness connector by tilting it upward to disengage from ECU pin terminals, then slide it out of retaining rings.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
