[03] -- With internal slave cylinder,
Four cylinder engine, 11 ft. lbs.,
Six cylinder engine, 16 ft. lbs.

[04] -- 12 mm bolt, 55 ft. lbs.,
3/8 inch bolt, 27 ft. lbs.,
7/16 inch bolt, 43 ft. lbs.
