Operation CHARM: Car repair manuals for everyone.
Manuals through 2025 now available!

Our trusted friends have launched a new website named LEMON, which has newer manuals. It also contains all the CHARM manuals.

LEMON is the spiritual successor to CHARM, I recommend you try it!

Alignment: Service and Repair

CAMBER

Camber is preset at the factory and is not adjustable. If the camber angle is not within specifications, replace the suspension components responsible for the incorrect angles.

CASTER

Caster is adjusted by adding or subtracting shims at the rear of the lower control arms.

Changing caster angle will also change front propeller shaft angle. The propeller shaft angle has priority over caster angle.

TOE

1. Center steering gear, then lock steering wheel to hold in position.
2. Loosen drag link sleeve clamp bolts, then turn drag link sleeve until right wheel toe is as specified in Specifications.
