Wiper Not Working At All

SYMPTOM
WIPER NOT WORKING AT ALL

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiper high/low relay defective
- Wiper ON/OFF relay defective normally open contacts shorted
- Ground circuit open
- Fused ignition switch output circuit shorted to ground
- Fused ignition switch output RUN/ACC circuit open
- Open common CKT open
- Wiper ON/OFF relay control circuit shorted to battery
- Common circuit shorted to ground
- Low speed output shorted to ground
- Wiper ON/OFF relay control circuit open
- Defective wiper motor-not working at all
- Junction block fused B(+) CKT open
- Defective BCM-wipers not working
