Wiper Runs All the Time With Ignition ON

SYMPTOM
WIPER RUNS ALL THE TIME WITH IGNITION ON

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiper ON/OFF relay defective normally open contacts shorted
- Common circuit shorted to battery
- High speed output circuit shorted to battery
- Low speed output circuit shorted to battery
- Wiper ON/OFF relay control circuit shorted to ground
- BCM defective-wiper ON/OFF relay circuit shorted low/open
