Rear Wiper Not Working In the ON Position

SYMPTOM
REAR WIPER NOT WORKING IN THE ON POSITION

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Rear wiper motor control circuit open
- Rear wiper motor control circuits shorted to battery
- Rear wiper switch control circuit open
- Rear wiper motor delay control circuit shorted to battery
- Rear wiper motor control circuit shorted to battery
- Rear wiper switch "delay" circuit short to battery
- Rear wiper switch motor control circuit short to battery
