SYMPTOM
NO BUS BIAS

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fuse #9 defective
- Fused IGN switch output circuit open
- Fused IGN switch output circuit shorted to GND
- DRB or CABLE causes bus bias voltage out of range
- IGN switch output open
- Instrument cluster causing no bus bias failure
