POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Driver door ajar switch status incorrect
- Key-in ignition switch ground circuit open
- Key-in ignition switch sense circuit open
- Ignition switch open
- BCM - door lock inhibit open
- Body control module - key-in ignition open
