CAUTION: Whenever a body isolator bolt requires servicing or tightening, it is necessary to remove the bolt and install new thread locker compound to the threads.

NOTE: Four door model shown in the illustration. Body isolators for two door models are similar.

1. Position the isolators (2) under the body as necessary.

2. Lower the cab onto the isolators and install the isolator nuts (1).

3. Tighten the isolator nuts to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the mounting bolts (4) and the isolator nuts (3) as necessary (two door has 8 bolts and two nuts, four door has 10 bolts and two nuts).

5. Tighten the mounting bolts (4) and nuts (3) to 108 Nm (80 ft. lbs.).

6. If necessary, install the grille.
