NOTE: LHD model shown. RHD model similar.

NOTE: If the foam seal on the top of the HVAC housing is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.

1. Position the defroster duct (6) to the top of the HVAC housing assembly (5).

2. Install the four screws (2) that secure the defroster duct to the HVAC housing assembly and the instrument panel support (4). Tighten the screws to 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.).

3. Install the right and left demister ducts (1 and 3).

4. Install the instrument panel cover.

5. Install the instrument panel.
