Gearshift Mechanism - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. Install shifter assembly. (1) to riser. Install and tighten bolts (3) to 7 Nm (61 in. lbs.).





2. Install shift cable (2) to shifter lever (1) and secure cable to shifter bracket with clip (3).





3. Install select cable to shifter lever and secure cable to shifter bracket.
4. Install center console assembly. Install rear power window switch (if equipped) and fasten harness to console.
5. Install gearshift boot.
6. Verify that shift pattern is aligned properly.
