exhaust manifold on cylinder head.
Install bolts to center runner (cylinder # 3) and initial tighten
2.8 Nm (25 in. lbs.).
Install the remaining manifold attaching bolts.
Tighten all bolts
23 Nm (200 in. lbs.)
