Power Seat Track - Installation






INSTALLATION

NOTE: Front driver seat shown. Front passenger seat similar.





1. Install any components that need to be transferred from the original front seat track, adjuster and seat cushion frame assembly.
2. If required on passenger seats equipped with Occupant Classification System (OCS), install the seat weight sensors Seat Weight Sensor - Installation.
3. Install the seat risers (14 and 34) and the retaining nuts (35) onto the seat cushion frame (10). Tighten the nuts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the front seat cushion (7) and cover (36) onto the seat cushion frame Seat Cushion Cover - Installation.
5. Install the seat back frame (15) onto the seat cushion frame Seat Back - Installation ,
6. Connect wire connectors and reposition wire harness, as required.
7. Install the seat cushion side shields (9, 27, 29 and 30) Seat Cushion Side Shields - Installation.
8. Install the seat Front Seat - Installation
9. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
10. Verify normal operation of power and heated seat functions.
