Heater Core: Service and Repair
1. Drain engine coolant.2. Remove instrument panel as outlined in the Dash Panel Service section.

3. Remove control cable from heater unit, Fig. 15.
4. Disconnect heater hoses from heater unit.
5. Remove blower motor/evaporator unit for clearance.

6. Remove heater unit. Disassemble heater unit and remove heater core as shown in Fig. 16.
