Circuit Testing
I/P dimmer switch 1.
Remove the switch.

Apply
12 V to terminal 3 and ground to terminal 2.
Circuit Testing-I/P Dimmer Switch:

Check that the DC voltage at terminal 4 changes as indicated when rotating the potentiometer.

If not as specified, replace I/P dimmer switch.
