Wiper Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove combination switch.
2. Remove three screws on wiper unit assembly, then disconnect two-prong connector from wiper unit to wiper lever.
3. Pull wiper lever to Off position.
4. Remove wiper unit assembly from combination switch body.
5. Unclip cruise control cable.
6. Release tab on lever and remove lever assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. Gently press lever into its pivot hole and set holding tab.
2. Clip cruise control cable into position.
3. Push wiper lever to Off position, then install wiper unit assembly.
4. Connect three-prong connector.
5. Install combination switch.
