Piston Cooling Jets
Piston cooling jets 1.
Apply compressed air to each
piston cooling jet valve at (A) and verify that air passes through piston cooling jet valve at (B). If air does not pass, replace piston cooling jet valve.
Air pressure:
35.6 - 44.1 psi (245.3 - 304.1 kPa, 3.1 - 2.5 kg/cm2) maximum 2.
Check
piston cooling jet nozzle for clogs. Replace nozzle if necessary.
