Front Combination Light Assembly

Headlight/Combination light assembly

Removal
1. Open hood. Disconnect negative battery cable.




2. Remove radiator grille.
3. Remove three bolts attaching headlight and combination light assembly to vehicle.




4. Pull headlight and combination light assembly forward clear of vehicle.
5. Rotate back cover counterclockwise to disengage from light assembly.




6. Pull socket with bulb straight out of headlight and combination light assembly.

Installation
1. With bulb installed in socket, align grooves of socket with bosses on headlight and combination light assembly and insert socket into headlight and combination light assembly.
2. Align back cover with headlight and combination light assembly and install, turning clockwise until properly engaged.
3. Position headlight and combination light assembly on vehicle and install three bolts.

Tighten headlight and combination light assembly bolts to 70 - 96 lb.in (8 - 11 N.m, 80 - 110 kg.cm)

4. Connect electrical connector to headlight and combination light assembly.
5. Install radiator grille.
6. Connect negative battery cable.
