REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove front bumper cover & bumper energy absorber foam assembly.




1. Remove bolts(4) and fasteners(2) from top of bumper cover.




2. Remove screws(2) and fasteners(2) from bottom of bumper cover.




3. Remove screws(2) from left/right side of bumper cover.
4. Disconnect turn signal lamp connector.
5. Remove bumper cover & bumper energy absorber foam assembly.

2. Remove bumper rail.




1. Remove bumper rail nuts(4).

Tightening torque:
9.0 - 14 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 Kg.m, 6.5 - 10.1 Lb.ft)

3. Install in reverse order of removal.
