Yaw Rate Sensor: Service and Repair

YAW-RATE SENSOR





COMPONENTS

REMOVAL
1. Remove the center console. (Refer to transaxle lever disassembly installation)





2. Remove the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor mounting nut.





3. Disconnect the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor connector.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor connector.
2. Install the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor.
Tightening torque:
Yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor mounting nut: 8 - 10 Nm (80 - 100 kg-cm, 56 - 69 ft. lbs.)
3. Install the center console.
