Water Pump: Service and Repair
ENGINE COOLANT PUMP COMPONENT REMOVAL CAUTION: Do not disassemble water pump assembly. If a problem is found, replace assembly as a unit.
1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Remove
drive belt.
3.
Remove
timing belt.
4.
Remove power steering pump in order to remove water inlet pipe.
5.
Remove components in the order shown in figure.
