Flat Repairs When Equipped With TPMS

- Description

If a flat tire occurs on a vehicle equipped with TPMS, the Low Pressure indicator (TREAD Lamp) will be ON. If a tire is found to have Fix a Flat(R), Slime(R), Quick Flat Fix(R), etc. the customer will be need to be charged for a replacement TPMS sensor mounted to the wheel. This damage to the TPMS sensor is not covered by Kia warranty coverage, claims submitted for this condition will be charged-back to the dealer. This statement can be found in the customer's owners manual in the TPMS section.
