Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY

1. Remove instrument cluster.




1. Remove cluster fascia panel screws(2).
2. Remove cluster fascia panel.




3. Remove instrument cluster screws(4).




4. Disconnect instrument cluster connector.

2. Remove heater control assembly and center fascia panel.




1. Remove center fascia panel from instrument panel.




2. Disconnect center fascia panel connector.




3. Remove heater control assembly screws(4).
4. Remove heater control assembly.

3. Remove audio.




1. Remove screws(4).




2. Disconnect electrical connector and antenna cable.
3. Remove audio from instrument panel.

4. Remove lower panel(RH).




1. Remove bolts(3. and screws(7).




2. Disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove lower panel from instrument panel.



5. Remove instrument fascia panel.




1. Remove mounting bolts(17).
2. Disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove instrument fascia panel.

6. Install in reverse order of removal.
