Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Testing and Inspection
BRAKE SWITCHConnect a circuit tester to the connector (1-2 terminals) of stop lamp switch, and check whether or nor there is continuity when the plunger or the stop lamp switch is pushed in and when it is released.
The stop lamp switch is in good condition if there is no continuity when the plunger is pushed.
