Radiator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL


RADIATOR
1. Drain the engine coolant. Remove the radiator cap to speed coolant draining.




2. Remove the air duct(A).




3. Remove the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).




4. Disconnect the transaxle oil cooler hoses.
5. Disconnect the radiator fan connector(A).




6. Remove the radiator mounting bolts(A).




7. Disconnect the ATF(Automatic Transaxle Fluid) cooler hoses(A,B) from the radiator.




8. Disconnect the air conditioning tube hoses(A).




9. Disconnect the engine coolant reservoir tank hose(A,B).








10. Remove the radiator assembly with a condenser from the vehicle.


INSTALLATION

RADIATOR
1. Install the radiator assembly with a condenser to the vehicle.
2. Connect the engine coolant reservoir tank hose(A,B).








3. Connect the air conditioning tube hoses(A).




4. Clamp the ATF(Automatic Transaxle Fluid) cooler hoses(A,B) to the radiator.




5. Install the radiator mounting bolts(A).




6. Connect the radiator fan connector(A).




7. Connect the transaxle oil cooler hoses.
8. Install the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).




9. Install the air duct(A).




10. Refill with engine coolant.
