Repair Procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove front pillar trim.
(1) Remove body side weatherstrip.




(2) Remove pillar trim blanking cover and bolt.




(3) Remove trim from front pillar.




2. Remove center pillar lower trim.
(1) Remove front door scuff trim.








(2) Remove rear door scuff trim.








(3) Remove center pillar lower trim.








3. Remove center pillar upper trim.
(1) Remove front seat belt lower anchor bolt.

Tightening torque :
40 - 55 Nm (4.0 - 5.5 kg-m, 29 - 40 lb-ft)





(2) Remove pillar blanking cover.
(3) Remove bolts(2) and fastener.




(4) Remove trim from center pillar.




(5) Remove seatbelt from trim.
4. Remove rear pillar trim.
(1) Remove pillar blanking cover and bolt.




(2) Remove trim from rear pillar.




5. Remove sunvisor(LH).




(1) Remove pivot mounting cover and screws(2).
(2) Remove retainer screw.
(3) Remove sunvisor from headlining.
6. Remove sunvisor(RH).




7. Remove assist handle.
(1) Remove front assist handle cover and bolts(2).




(2) Remove front assist handle(LH/RH).
(3) Remove rear assist handle(LH/RH).
8. Remove overhead console lamp.
(1) Open sunglass case, and then remove screws(2).




(2) Remove lamp from headlining, and then disconnect connector.
9. Remove room lamp.
(1) Remove cover.
(2) Remove screws(2).




(3) Remove lamp from headlining, and then disconnect connector.
10. Remove headlining assembly.
(1) Remove fasteners(5).




(2) Remove headlining from vehicle.
11. Install in reverse order of removal.
