Repair Procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

FRONT PILLAR TRIM
1. Remove body side weatherstrip.




2. Remove pillar blanking cover and bolt.




3. Remove trim from front pillar.




4. Install in reverse order of removal.

COWL SIDE TRIM
1. Remove front door scuff trim.








2. Remove cowl side trim.








3. Install in reverse order of removal.

CENTER PILLAR LOWER TRIM
1. Remove front door scuff trim.








2. Remove rear door scuff trim.








3. Remove body side weatherstrip.




4. Remove center pillar lower trim.








5. Install in reverse order of removal.

CENTER PILLAR UPPER TRIM
1. Remove front seat belt lower anchor bolt.

Tightening torque :
40 - 55 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kg.m, 29 - 40 lb.ft)





2. Remove pillar blanking cover.
3. Remove bolts(2) and fastener.




4. Remove trim from center pillar.




5. Remove seat belt from trim.
6. Install in reverse order of removal.

REAR PILLAR TRIM
1. Remove pillar blanking cover and bolt.




2. Remove trim from rear pillar.




3. Install in reverse order of removal.
