Coolant Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair








REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the crash pad lower cover(A).




3. After loosening mounting bolts, then remove the reinforcing panel (A).




4. Disconnect the connector (A) of water temperature sensor and then remove the water temperature sensor(B) by pulling out.




5. Installation is the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
Avoid damaging the water temperature sensor wiring.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal

NOTE:
- Apply caulk to the water temperature sensor.
- Make sure that there is no air leakage
