Repair Procedures









REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove front bumper cover & bumper energy absorber foam assembly.
(1) Remove bolts(4) and fasteners(2) from top of bumper cover.




(2) Remove screws(2) and fasteners(2) from bottom of bumper cover.




(3) Remove screws(2) from left/right side of bumper cover.




(4) Disconnect turn signal lamp connector.
(5) Remove bumper cover & bumper energy absorber foam assembly.
2. Remove bumper rail.
(1) Remove bumper rail nuts(4).

Tightening torque:
9.0-14Nm (0.9-1.4kg-m, 6.5-10.1lb-ft)






3. Install in reverse order of removal.
